Generally speaking for an ovulation test to be positive the test line should be the same or darker than the control line. It's hard to tell from your pic but in real life should be able to see the difference between lines more clearly.
Sometimes you can get faint lines for a few days as hormone levels change but their might not be a big enough surge to actually ovulate and release an egg so it may be you've not ovulated yet.
