Vitamins are supposed to help to get your levels in the optimum range, but are not a magic pill to get pregnant.
The menstrual cycle is counted from the first day of a woman’s period (day one). Some time after her period she will ovulate, and then around 12-14 days after this she'll have her next period. The average cycle takes 28 days, but shorter or longer cycles are normal. Sperm can live up to 7 days in the body.
Whilst on your period you are unlikely to concieve

Hi I'm new on here too around 2 weeks. I'm hoping I v can get help too:: I've come off Cerelle ( contraption pill) after 3 years before that had a pregnancy. And before that I had period for a full week every end of month. Anyway I wondering how long it would take to try to conceive. We've been active since coming off all contraption ( early Feb ) I'm taking folic acid and watching my diet ect. Any help and information is greatly appreciated cheers pricegem (Gem)

when you will concieve is unpredictable. I've been trying to concieve since coming off that pill in August. Some ladies concieve straight away other take months or years

I'm not going so well, my Doctor suspects I have Polycystic ovarian Syndrome - just the syndrome with the hormone problems, no cysts luckily, and I suspect it's playing havoc with my 30yr old body.
My periods have ranged from heavy to light but don't last more than 5 days.
My first month off the pill I had every pregnancy symptom going but it's was just hormones.

With pregnacare they are just vitamins optimised to ideal body levels for pregnancut. I think you should take them everyday. I take asda own brand ones and it's one a day and says on the box to take with food. Check the box.
Mocks has been suspected for years, there was never enough proof before but now there is with the blood results
