    Hi everyone!
I have been using the miscarriage support site as I had a missed miscarriage at the end of December. Were now ready to start trying again although a little scared.

Can I ask what POAS means?

I've statred using ov sticks and got a positive but then didn't really have any ewcm until 3 ays after the positive ov stick. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Does it mean that although I got a positive I didn't ovulate until 3 days later?
    Would welcome any advice.

    Thanks xxx

Hello! If you're on Facebook and we haven't put you off add Steph Jordan (Leeds) as a friend and she'll let you into the secret TTC society - so brilliant and so sad (in the modern sense) all at once. Love it.

The girls on here are lovely, hope you find all the support you need here.

Hi, I'm new on here too. I also had a mc in December and am ttc again.
I'm also a bit in the dark about all the abbreviations. What is ewcm ? And anything else that will help me understand all the advice on here.
If it doesn't happen this month then I'm going to invest in some ov sticks, do you think they are worth it ?
    Thanks, Suz x

Congratulations el pinko, I bet your soooooo happy! That is such great news and definitely the sort of positive news I need to hear. I hope it goes really well for you.

Hi SuzMcH, sorry to hear about your mc. It's devastating isn't it. I think ttc is helping me to stay positive. I'm not sure about the ov stick. From what I've read it seems to be recommended that you use your cm (cervical mucus) as a guide to ovulation and your fertile time so I've been doing that more. Good luck with the ttc!
