Hi, I am new to the site. I have been off the pill since last july, I have had absolute hell with my cycles since and don't appear to be settling either!! So far my cycles have been 30, 70, 49, I am now over due and on day 58!!!!!! I have done a couple of tests and all they have been BFN!!!!
Have been to see the doc who was really helpful and they are going to do blood tests but need an AF first!!!!! Brought some Agnus Cactus yesterday but don't know whether I should wait to have blood tests first - that is if I ever get an AF!! Any advice would be really greatly received as it is strarting to do my nut in!!! Thanks girls xx

Hi blrose, I had weird, irregular cycles after coming off the pill and I *think* they have now settled (6 months on). Here's what I did: I started taking evening primrose oil capsules about 3 months ago (supposed to regulate hormones) and last month I tried agnus castus for the first time. I very much doubt there was a connection, but the first day I took the a.c. AF turned up (day 33).

In your situation I'd probably stick it out a little while longer in the hope that my cycles got shorter each time (whilst taking a.c.), but if they were still jumping around after 6 months - 1 year I'd probably see the doc.

Not sure if you've heard this but you're not supposed to take a.c. after ov, only before, just in case you're pg. All very well if you know when you've ovulated, of course....

Thanks girls for your advice, any other advice would be great!! It's good to get some reassurance - guess it is so easy to worry and think the worst, I really didn't think it would take so long for cycles to sort themselves out!!!! xx
