    Hi all,

just to update you, I am 3 days late on my second month off the pill (came off end of August!), have taken 2 pg tests, both BFN. My first AF in September came exactly 31 days after start of my withdrawal bleed from final pill. It wasn't much of a period to be honest, only 3 days- I normally bleed for 7. However, I have had 'spotting' a couple fo weeks ago. There wasn't enough for me to call it a period to be honest, and it was too soon after the end of my last period for it to be another period.

Can anyone reassure me that this is normal? I thought everything would go back to normal with the last period turning up on time. How long can I expect to wait for it to return to some normality. I can't be fertile while it's like this, surely!

    Hi Sarah
I think it does take a few mths for your body to get into a routine after being on the pill.

The same thing has happened to me.

    I think you still OV.

    Take Care

Hiya Sarah! Same sort of story for me..came off the pill on 9th September and as normal, had my bleed 4 days later. My first 'normal/natural' period came bang on 28 days later..but only lasted 2/3 days. So, if I AM a 28 day cycle, then it will be due around 7th/8th November. Not sure what to expect..(hopefully a baby?) but have been on the pill for about 15 years continuously - so may take time for cycle to regulate! Although, so far so good for this month, haven't had any unusual mid-bleeds so fingers crossed! Let us know what happens Sarah!!
