I haven't really got any advice on ttc after a mmc specifically but tracking when you ov would be a good start. You could chart, use ov sticks or CBFM (in my case all three!). Good luck! xxx

Hi Sam, do you know when you ov?

If you start using the ov tests about CD 10 if you have a 14 day LP. If you can POAS twice a day, in the late morning/early afternoon and evening. More chance to catch the surge then. BD every other day of every 2 days, until you know you have ov'd. You can always BD a few days together when the line is darker, or you get the +ve. xx

Hi there. I am sorry to hear about your MC. I wanted to let you know after my early MC in March I ovulated 4 days late. And my af was very long not heavy at the end but maybe like 8 or 9 days. I di dn't bd on fertile days though because I was afraid it was too soon. However, there is another I don't remember her name on here who got pregnant after mc before AF and she is expecting twins !! I will keep my fingers crossed for you.
