So it's CD1 for me (well it will be tomorrow) so I need something to help keep me focused away from not being pregnant so I've decided to jump back on the weight loss wagon. I had lost 1 1/2 stone but haven't dared to go on the scales since I lost the weight for my sister's wedding a month ago. I still want to carry on my boy diet but need to try some healthier things. So here's a list of things I'm supposed to be eating, can anyone recommend any easy meals or recipes using some of them (preferably no dairy).
The list (in no particular order is:
Apples, Apricots, Avocado, Bananas, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Lemons, Lime, Oranges, Pears, Peach, Strawberries, Tomato's, Watermelon

The only things I can think of are beef stew/casserole, beef stir fry, thai curry/stir fry, steak and chips, with beef mince you could do spag bol, chilli, shepherds pie, your own beef burgers. Thats all I can think of at the moment!

What about an Asian spicy beef stir fry?
Lean beef steak, we use one large sirloin between 2 but you can use rump as a more affordable option. Rub in 1-2 teaspoons of Chinese 5 spice, fry for 1-2 mins each side, and slice thinly over the top of stir fry veg. I use, peppers, carrot, small pieces of broccoli, green beans and bean sprouts, with garlic, chilli and sesame oil.

Also a beef curry, using tin of chopped toms and stock, rather than natural yoghurt or cream. Or something like a Rogan Josh. x

What about grilled streak, with a salad of spinach, olives, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and onion.
