Trying to conceive

Weve been trying for our 4th child for a couple of months. Last month i had a chemical pregnancy; had all the usual pregnancy symptoms of sore boobs and urinating alot from really early on and once pregnancy ended it took a few days for hormones to settle back down.
I'm about 7dpo. Hard to know for sure because otk never gave a strong positive.
Had BD a few times during fertile period. Since then I've had sharp pains low on my left side and my cm had become dry until a couple of days ago when it was like egg whites again.
Not had the usual pregnancy symptoms I had with all my other pregnancies (sore boobs, frequent urination) but yesterday late afternoon my boobs felt heavy and uncomfortable then last night I had really bad period cramps across my lower belly and when i wiped myself i had a patch of lumpy discharge that was sticky. This morning I've had quite a bit more cm than normal at this stage in my cycle and I did the finger test and there was quite a bit of lumpy thick white sticky cm on my finger that doesn't rub between fingers easy.
Also in the last few days I've had really sensitive smell even my husbands aftershave was really strong and things have tasted different. For example I was convinced my husband had put sugar in my tea. Then theres the fact that I've had a cold trying to start for the past week but it's not come to much but last night I started getting a burning smoke smell in my nose as well and had a sick feeling for a few days. Also been constipated for last 3 days.
Boobs not overly sore but if I'm honest I think my nipples are tingly and warm, (still not going a wee excessively).
Too early to do a test but I'm wondering if I've conceived or not. Part of me thinks I might have but without my usual symptoms of frequent urination and sore boobs I'm not confident and that what I'm feeling is just my mind playing tricks with me.
Can anyone else tell me what they think please? Going mad here; over analysing everything and really impatient to be able to test and know for sure.
