    well I am on Cd-5..

I went gyni yesterday and got all my results back I have borderline PCOS which meeans tat i have the facial hair n spots etc but I do have regular periods and am a healthy BMI which of course is great news as I ovulate..
Dr has given me clomid just to help things out.

But my worry is why haven't i got pregnant yet?
I think my biggest prob is relaxing im always on the go i have a mum in a care home n see her n family at wkds. Im busy at work then travel on tube very stressfull in its self...
Then go gym cook n clean then time for bed....

Any ideas or suggestions on how to relax please help?

    cheers

Hi hun, stress can have a bad effect, so you really do need to make an effort to set aside some 'me-time'. Do you have a spar nearby? Maybe you could knock the gym on the head once in a while and try the spa ( I know what I would chose!) Or instead of cleaning every day, give it a miss now and then and run a bath with some lovely smellies, candles and a relaxing cd. Put some cucumber slices or cold used tea-bags on your eyes and just wallow and switch off. Then get o/h to give you a nice relaxing massage (should help to get you both in the mood too!).

If Im feeling stressed, I go for a nice slow walk and just take the time to LOOK. Notice the flowers and leaves starting to bud, the birds singing or just the cat sitting on the wall! (Focus on the nice stuff, not the rubbish in the gutter etc! :lol Get a good yoga book/cd and try out the relaxing poses, or try a yoga class at your gym. Put your fave dvd on to lift your mood (Grease always works for me). Good luck hunny!

Agree with powderpuff about going for a walk or why not have a night out/in with the girls and have a good giggle.
