    Hi Girls,

Apologies for posting again but wondered how long after implantation bleeding would ou get a BFP?

I have read that it can be a few days to a week but wanted to hear from real women what the experienses are.

It depends how early you have implanted. Do you know when you ov'd? If not I would wait about 3 days but you might still get a BFN so wait as long as you can to stop any heartache.

I have got a BFP in the past at 9DPO but dont know when it implanted.

    Lots of luck xxx

    Hi
I implanted (if its not the smallest period in the world!) on wed afternoon/thurs morning. I think I am about 10dpo but can't be sure.
Got a BFn (not FMU) at lunchtime today.

Thanks for your reply - I need to try to wait to test again.
Told my DH and he is excited and not looking at me like I'm nuts which is nice x

    I used a superdrug one.

For a while I thought I could see something but it was more of a shadow/wishfull thinking.

Do you ever notice a faint horizontal line on the test window of the sd tests? I always see this and it was this sort of shadow I saw vertically on my test.

Really am 100% it was a BFN.

BabyA you must have been going crazy. Such willpower to wait for 2 weeks!
I think I might try to wait until wed but will no doubt be testing by monday! lol
Why do I do it? Testing early doesn't really tell you much other than its too early to test. Well, unless you get an early bfp i suppose x

Thanks. I think FR seem to be the most sensitive and reliable early on so I may invest in one or two.
Having to watch the pennies though but this helps me stop buying hundreds! x

Robin I have got my BFP before on 10DPO with asdas own and they are under ??4 for 2. Lots os ladies on here use them too and are far cheaper than FR & SD.

Still crossing my fingers for you xxx

    Thanks Babylove.
Took a test yesterday (estimated 12dpo) and bfn on superdrug.

I'm starting to think it is less likely a bfp and prob was a weird AF. I am having some aches in my lower ab and a little off some food but I think its probably tiredness and imagined.

Will wait to test until next weekend if I can.

Hi evry1 am new on this so please bare with me ... Im 23 hubbyz 27 daughters 3... Wev been married for nearly 5 yrz now.. Just was a bit curious coz i heard people say u cant comcieve any other time apart from when ur ovulating but it was very different for me... I got off my periods 7/1/10 had sex on 10/1/10 and that was the only time we had sex that month as he was away..had symptons within couple of days diarrhea, nausea etc so just guessed i was pregnant even though tests were negative..??? Soo did i ovulate?? I dont know because i didnt know what ovulation was untill last month... I also didnt know u can get pregnant with one time so didnt bother using protection .. Did get a shock afterwards though ... But im glad i did???? anyway so i got off the pill in 01/13 after being on it for on and off 2yrs Also didnt know my cycle at all before all i knew was that ill start my periods once a month lol and it was much easier on the pill coz u definatly know when u start so didnt know if the pills afftected my cycle.. So was ttc but it wasnt happening ????then i was diagnised with high diabetes so doctor told me to give ttc a rest for couple of months ????so started using protection then came off my periods in 30/4/14 and that day we moved houses ..2/4/14 had unprotected sex ( had no idea where comdom was as everything was still packed ) and after that probably had sex 2/3 times with comdoms as we were always tired after work.. Was due period on the 24/5/14 then gota very faint bfp on 26/5/14 ...29/5/14 started bleeding and 30/5/14 found out it was a chemical pregnancy was really really upset ????.. Been desperatly ttc simce then but no luck.. I always heard ur fertile 5 days before and 5 days after ur period and its worked for me too just wondered if anyone else concieved straight after periods??well im due periods 31/8/14 so will see or if its better luck next time i dont know when or do i ovulate and opkz always negative for me ???? so dont know but feeling very down... Sorry for such a long post any advice appreciated.. Good luck evry1 hope we all get our bfp really soon x

In my experience I've never ovulated so close to the end of my period. It's always been approx 2wks after the last day of my period.
I though this was a general rule of thumb for everyone.
But have you asked the doctor about it?
I use ovulation predictor strips of eBay and used them for a whole month to be sure I didn't miss an early ovulation. So I know exactly when my ovulation is. My ovulation strips have only ever shown anything for 3 days at a time.
I would try asking your doctor for some advice, and explain your worries and see what he/she says.
    Good luck xx

Fingers crossed for you. It took me quite some time to get my bfp's! So I know how disheartening it can be, when you don't get the result you want month after month. Chin up and keep going chick xx
