were you taking oral contraception prior to ttc? can take around 6 months to get your hormone levels back to normal!!

i was advised to observe my secretions during my cycle, these are genrally more jelly like around ovulation. I'm not sure how accurate Ovulation tests are as never used them. Try and enjoy the sex as sex rather than making a baby lol and just let nature take it's course. 6 months and no BFP is not seen as an issue with health professionals, it's early days. Sex too often can affect the quality of the sperm so maybe reduce the frequency which will help his little swimmers!! if no luck after 12 months ask your gp to refer you to fertility clinic to have tests they check your hormone levels and his swimmers and check your tubes!

ok thank you, i was told that a male should release sperm daily otherwise dead sperm accumulate in his sack and they cannot get me pregnant. it's so confusing haha xx

god knows lol
defintiely keep an eye on your secretions gives you a far better indication of what length the different parts of your cycle are. I could feel when I ovulated too a cramp like feeling on one side that came and went quite quickly. You can get charts online where you pop in your last menstrual period and your ovulation dates and it shows you when the best times for intercourse are. Try googling when am I fertile or something like that and see what you find!!

hi Sammie, my oh and i are under the fertility clinic and were advised he should only ejaculate every other day as the sack needs a day to refill! too often can leave u with weak swimmers.
also doggy aparently is a good position to get the guys where they need to be.
hope this helps, good luck!
