Trying to conceive

My partner & I have been together for over 3 years & regularly have sex but for some reason I have never fallen pregnant. We are both 23 years old, I have tried to drink more water and eat healthier, I am not over or underweight & I'm more than certain it is not his fault because even the person I was with before him was unable to get me pregnant. I'm terrified that I won't be able to have children of my own, I have irregular periods & I was told I have a hormone imbalance and endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy for the endometriosis and my doctor also did a dye test to make are my tubes were clear which they were but I am still unable to fall pregnant. I don't feel like I'm a woman, feels like everyone was blessed with the option to have a child while I struggle even have a period on a monthly basis. I need some help please or suggestions on what to do.

If you have been trying to conceive for over 2 years it's worth going to see your GP and they'll be able to refer you for fertility tests. Usually as a starting point this will be a semen analysis for your partner and a internal scan for yourself.

I've just re-read that and realised you have already had an internal scan. If this didn't show any problems then it's unlikely that you are the problem and I'd definately recommend your partner having a sperm test. They may also be able to offer you blood tests to confirm you are ovulating and scans on your ovaries to check for abnormalities and to check if follicles are expanding and releasing as they should.
Good luck x
