Yay or nay, i am overweight and have PCOS.
last week I joined the gym and have 3 classes booked for this week. This morning I got a smiley on my cb opk! Will it hinder me in any way to do 2 body combat classes and 1 Zumba class?

I'd be inclined to say to not put too much strain on yourself early on...more for the reason that if your body isn't used to it, it will take longer to recover after each session. You need to make sure you don't ache too much to DTD too!

Gentle exercise is the way to go, enough to get you warm, breathing hard and heart pumping, but managable so you can keep going and hold a brief conversation.
Exercise when you push yourself really hard and you want to die, can't talk etc, isn't the best (well, that is what my IVf book says!) because of the hormones released and thei affect on the ovaries. It is all relative to your fitness though, someone who is very fit could probably talk through a spin class. I, on the other hand, would die.
