Trying to conceive

This month was my first one of temping and, as AF showed up this evening, FF is figuring out my Luteal Phase to be 9 days which seems short - anyone have any info on this? Need I be worried? I'll be temping for a few months anyway as I won't be 'allowed' TTC for a few months yet but I was just wondering... It's also a much shorter cycle - prior to this month, I recorded my AF dates and they showed my cycles (5 cycles) to be between 27 and 30 days and this one was 23

Hopefully it's just a one-off blip. I'm pretty sure mine are usually 14 days, but like you have just had a smaller cycle than normal with LP just 12 days. I'm pretty sure there are some girls around who take vitamins to extend the LP phase - though I can't remember what or who, so I realise that's no help at all to you! It'll be good for you to have that time to temp and really work out what's going on etc within your cycle.

Thank Sapphire. Yeah, I'll keep an eye and hopefully this cycle is more 'regular'!

Hi t4yt0! Hopefully it is just a one off, I've had a few strange cycles ranging from 24 to 28 days so I'm not sure of my lateal phase either. I've been taking vitamin b complex to lengthen my cycle, just when I thought it was working last cycle this one was shorter (26 days) so not sure it is really helping me. Sorry I'm not much help, hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along soon! xx

Thanks Lulu - I'll bear that in mind about the B6

Mine were about 11-12 days but since I started taking b6 in December they have all been 14 days. It does sound like it could be some strange blip though.
