Trying to conceive

If anyone could explain my results I'd really appreciate it.
I recently had my thyroid tested. After having phone appointment with the doctor, I picked my results up so I could see them myself.
I also had a hormone analysis done, although the doctor didn't interpret these on the phone she said she wasn't sure why my doc got me to do them seen as we don't know where I am in my cycle but she said there wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
When looking at the results it says my LH is 12 my FSH is 8.8 and my prolactin 237.
Looking at the breakdown my LH comes under the follicular category as well as the mid cycle and the fsh comes into the same two categories. How can results fall into two categories? Do my results show that I'm not ovulating? Really confused and worried

Your progesterone levels need to be taken 7 days after ovulation to give an accurate account of whether or not you have ovulated. Try not to worry because if they were taken too early or after ovulation then they are fine.
Also, try to remember cycles where you don't ovulate are very common and it's doesn't mean you can't ovulate. I had one cycle where my progesterone levels were 3!!!! It was a huge shock to my system and I was so gutted but the following month they were 34- showing I had ovulated.

Gosh it's all so confusing. I'll try not to worry about it seen as it was done not knowing where we was in the cycle. Just so worried that for some reason we won't be able to conceive, it's like an irrational fear now we've started trying :/
