Trying to conceive

i had a missed miscarriage (would have been our 4th child) in April 2013, with my 3 girls i had had text book conception (fell on 2nd month with each -v lucky I know) pregnancy and births. For us the 1 in 4 pregnancy ending in miscarriage statistic rang far too true!
After the ERPC procedure I had abnormal bleeding, which in itself was worrying at the time, although it was bought under control with an injection.
We have now been trying for 3 cycles and with 2 of those I have had early positive tests, followed by negatives, all using digital tests am so confused and worried that there is perhaps scar tissue (due to bleed) which is preventing implantation and as we already have 3 beautiful children I don't think the dr will be interested in helping (not been to the dr yet tho).
Anyone else been through the whole early positive then negative results using digital tests? Anyone else had abnormal bleeds post erpc and having problems/gone on to conceive? Anyone have any thoughts on what we can do?
i am also going down the reiki option.....might also try reflexology?! X

Should have said I found out about missed miscarriage at 13 wks at our scan, our baby had died at 10/11 wks - due date was Oct 2013.
the abnormal bleeding I experienced was immediately after the op, my recovery was normal, bled for 2/3 wks then period arrived @ 6 wks.
we r using ovulation sticks to pinpoint ovulation.

Hi Ellen, sorry for your loss. I haven't had positives then negatives, but like you I do have the worry that I have scar tissue due to complications with my daughters birth that are preventing me from having a successful pregnancy, so I totally understand where you are coming from. Good luck for your bfp xx
