There seems to have been a PMA-sucker in the air today. I blame the weather. And Fairy for that RIDICULOUS advert that I've accidentally clicked on about a million times today. And the government. And too much work. And BE-addiction. And pretty much everybody and everything else I can think of.

Seriously, I hope you find your PMA again soon. It's nearly home time... Curl up with a nice bar of chocolate and a glass of wine tonight and watch something mindless on the telly.

Oh no! I suppose the wine and telly are out, then, but can you chomp on a bit of chocolate while you work? Milk chocolate contains calcium, which is good for your bones, and the cocoa bean is a vegetable, so really you'd be doing yourself an awful lot of good... ;\)
