Getting Pregnant <
Trying to conceive

No point to this really but trying to contribute a bit more.
Saw my GP today to talk about coming off anti ds ready for TTC again. I mentioned in passing that I'd heard high dose of folic acid might help and without question a prescription was printed off. She asked how I was and I mentioned I was struggling as I have a few friends who are pregnant and her exact words were look after yourself - you can be involved in this when you are ready and if they don't understand that then I was not to worry.
She also said that there would be no question of an early scan and as soon as we want one its ours.
Like I say no point - just trying to dip my toe in a bit more ready for September.

So pleased that your doctor is lovely!
I hope that september passes for you quickly and you can get TTC again :)
Totally agree with your DR on looking after yourself and be involved when you are ready, I am sure your friends will understand!
Nice too see you back :)

How lovely that you've got such a supportive doctor GB. It must help to know that they're on your side. I hope the next month flies by for you.

Thank you cupcake. I am starting to feel a bit more relaxed about it all.
Imp how are you doing? Stupid question I know. I hope that the physical recovery is starting. If ever you need an extra shoulder just shout. Lots of love. X

Thanks GB. I'm doing "ok". Physically I'm getting loads better, my boobs have gone back down, the milk has gone and they don't hurt anymore. I've still got a bit if a belly, so I'm determined to shift that next so I don't look pregnant, I don't need a stranger asking me when I'm due, can you imagine?!
Gutted to be back here again, but hopefully with the support we can offer each other it'll be third time lucky for both of us!

I completely understand about wanting to get rid of the belly - I've been going to the gym loads as molar pregnancy makes you look much bigger than you should be. Don't be too hard on yourself though. You've been through so much.
I'm going for third time lucky too. Have you had good support from the doctors and hospital? X

GB thats brilliant your doctor was so nice. They can sometimes be quite insensitive.
For you and Imp I have everything possible crossed that it is 3rd time lucky but in the meantime, you both know that I am here for you if you every need a little rant, cry, support, whatever. Just shout.
Imp - I'm glad you are starting towards recovery physically, it will all take time but you'll get there, don't rush yourself. Maybe give that Pilates class a go when you are feeling more like yourself??

CA, do you know what, I'm going to go tomorrow. You've inspired me. There's a class at 11.30 so it should be fairly quiet too, so I'll give it a go.
Thanks again for your support. Fingers crossed for you!
GB, fingers crossed for us.

CA thank you so much lovely - and you know where I am if you need it. I have everything crossed for you too. We all deserve it. And you are such a Mr Motivator - have two spin classes and body conditioning booked for this week.
Imp the gym has done me the world of good. For an hour I can forget everything. Mainly because I am focussing on not throwing up! Good luck with Pilates tomorrow. And if you are on Facebook and want to add me you are more than welcome. Every bit of support helps! X

Or I'm friends with CA, if you're friends with her? My initials are EF.
