Hey everyone, im new to this so bare with me im not up to scratch with all the abbreviations! right here goes I came off the pill cilest after 8 years at the end of march and I had a bleed 31st march for 5 days which is usually normal for me. me and my husband have been activity ttc ever since and recently I have been experiencing period like cramping, headaches, tiredness and needing to pee a lot! I was at the doctors today and she done a pregnancy test which was a BFN but I thought it would still be too early to tell? are these normal symptoms of coming off pill coz im abit worried my friend experienced similar and she was told she has endometriosis, I don't remember what my AF used to be like at all so cant really comment on that but I did have a small dermoid cyst removed from my ovary in feb. please help me starting to panic now!! xx

I was in a very similar situation to you, on mincroginon for 10 years with no break came off to ttc- I had all of those symptoms you are describing,I was conceived I was pregnant and it ended up taking 6 months and I am currently pregnant.
I am defiantly not saying that you could not be pregnant however my doctor told me that our body plays very clever tricks on us when TTC and don't be surprised if this isn't your month that every month that goes buy you have similar pregnancy symptoms. I was also really worried I had ENDO because my periods were so painful and heavy when I came off the pill but I hear that people who have been on the pill for many years such as our self do suffer with similar signs to those of people with ENDO.
Don't panic I really hope this is your month but everything your explaining to me sounds normal remember your looking for signs! one bit of advice I do have is that you THINK your peeing a lot however when you have conceived you will know what its like to pee ALOT and realize all the false alarms were nothing compared to the real deal.
I wish you all the best
