hi girls on day 7 today.....and we have heart to heart this month,we are going to do(and stick to!!) the sperm meets egg plan,so from tomorrow (day 8) we have to BD every other day then wehn i get my highs ill BD that nite, then when i get my peak ill BD both nights, miss the following nite then BD the last night to secure it...then refrain!! lol

we are also back to no booze(drank last glass of wine last night)eating brazil nuts ,drinking grapefriut juice and im on a no cereal, but having cheese and yoghurt, also trying to watch what we eat fat wise, well more junk food really,so no take aways for a couple of weeks!!!

hope your all well? off out to sainsburys now to buy ingrediants to make my first ever quiche!! lol

    xxxx

I'm being really dim but how do you do this with a CBFM? Start on day 8 every other day and then what happens on the highs and peaks?

I want to ty it - I've heard good things and I'm starting to think that we need to drop from bd'ing every day to every other day cos it sure ain't working! x

Hi Tinks. Most instructions on the internet (just google smep) tell you how to do it using opks rather than cbfm. It's something like every other day from day 8 and then every day when you get your first positive opk for three days then have a day off then go again once more. I think that's it! x
