Trying to conceive

Hey everyone, I joined tonight so I don't feel lonely through this exciting stage in my life. I'm 28 and my husband is 31 we have been blessed with two gorgeous little girls who are 3 years and 2 years old. We have been TTC our third baby and I am "symptom spotting crazy" m LMP was 16th April and I have a 36 day cycle which means according to my period tracker I ovulated on Friday but I had a strange and strong feeling we conceived on Thursday 30th April, now I'm having strong cramping and mood swings so I don't know how many dpo I am whether its 11dpo or 3dpo...baby dust to us all xx

Hi, I'm new too and joined for the same reasons. I've been stalking various boards for a while and thought it was time I joined in. My husband and I have been TTC for 3 months and it's been a pretty educational journey so far, particularly in regards to fertility tracking. I think it's been very hit and miss but we are getting the hang of it. This will be our first baby
wishing you lots lots of baby dust!

Hi welcome to both of you lovely new members I agree with you munchkin38 its been 10 months ttc and its so educational for me too every cycle I learn more about my body and grow

It definitely is an educational journey. After 6 years TTC my first daughter and clinging to hope every month was tough as I had imagined it would have happened quickly, how wrong was I haha, my second came along when DD1 was 6 months, we were trying but we never expected it to happen for a few years, she was a nice surprise. It's my first month TTC and I haven't recorded temperature or anything, just lots of BD. I think I could be 12dpo today but got a BFN then again I could be 4dpo which would explain why. Its frustrating this TWW.
How are you ladies feeling today?

Hello, I'm new too! Decided it's time to start trying for baby #1. Baby dust to you all!

Hi, I am new too and ttc. we are on month 9(eek!) following a miscarriage in June. My daughter was born using ivf as my husband had cancer, but when we went back to try again using ivf they said my husbands sperm count was a bit better and we could possibly get pregnant naturally! First month of trying worked but at 12 week scan found that there was no development past 6 weeks I had a natural miscarriage a few days later.
so 9 months on we have tried the opk and sperm meets egg method this month! I am 7 dpo based on tracker but 6dpo based on opk results! tww is so frustrating!! Baby dust to everyone xxx

savyem for the first 6 months dint do anything .. just wanted to see how my body felt and where it was at as my cycles were all over the place ! After 6 months they finally started to come somewhat in a rhythm not exactly regular though
7th cycle started trying pregna care which I continued into cycle 8
8th cycle I started opks and was on centurium pre conception vitamins
9th cycle dint do opks or take pre conception vitamins .. realised the pre conception vitamins made my cycles long so quit them altogether
10th cycle started opks again and doing the legs up after the deed for 15 min ..also ate a kiwi a day .. heard it can help but no proof of it..
I am currently waiting for my 11 cycle to start ..hope it doesn't and I finally get my bfp otherwise plan is to start primrose
13/05/2015 at 20:42
That is a real journey! I did hear the pre vitamins change your cycle! Hadn't heard of the kiwi will try that if no bfp. What is the primrose?!
13/05/2015 at 21:34
primrose oil is supposed to help with CM (cervical mucus) you can research it to find out more about it .
