I am a serial poas-er. I used ov tests sticks a lot and always struggled with the lines. But I kept all of them, wrote dates on the back and being able to compare the daily ones made it easier to see a rise in my LH. I naturally had a lot of LH in my urine, due to pcos and would not always see a definite positive- I'm sure its easy to miss, as I don't know how long the surge lasts, but it dips again before ov. I missed it the month I concieved- pretty sure I ov'd then!!
But they're a useful tool, used alongside other things- although I became obsessed and spent a fortune on them. I use SME fertility onlie- they have loads of pg tests, sperm friendly lube etc.

I would recommend the CB digitals, but not the dual hormone ones cos they have a tendancy of being faulty. I used the CB digitals in January and got preg during that cycle - they are easy to read - blank circle = not fertile and smiley face = fertile.
I am using them again and hoping to get preg again soon Also doing the temping / charting and finding it very interesting and a little bit addictive too

I HATE HATE HATE the cb digital ones!! Just my personal issue, though, as I spent a ridiculous amount of money on them and never got a bloomin smiley face, EVER!!! Haha! I used to break them apart so I could actually see the line inside.
