are you in the uk? If so you should go to your Doctor for fertility tests and try and get medication to help. A lot of women are prescribed a diabeties drug called Metformin to help with pcos. A drug called Provellrs can help start periods and a drug called Clomid can help with ovulatioN. I can't explain to you enough how valuable research is with pcos.
Also in the states some women recommend mya-inositol. AnguS Cactus is another natural supplement.

I have pcos and was having periods every 100+ days, I went to the Dr and was referred to the fertility clinic who confirmed pcos and put me on metformin, which almost immediately regulated my periods, I had a couple of randoms, a 48, an 18, then some low 30's then 28, 28, 28, 27 and now I'm pregnant and I ovulated twice in March because at my 6 week scan there were 2 sacs with yolks!!
It's awful on your digestive system, metformin. Take medical advice and build up slowly, I was on 1500mg a day when I conceived.
Good luck x
