Trying to conceive

hello, I'm new here. Trying to see if someone in my situation could give me some input. I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 16, so I always knew I would have trouble conceiving. I have TTC in the past under all medications and it ended up being to much for my then husband to handle and we ended up getting divorced. I have been dating a man now for over a year, and we haven't been "using" contraceptives. Lately, I've been getting lots of headaches in the morning, nauseous, weird cravings, Im always hungry, the new mishap is sharp lower back pain. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. Is there a possibility of me being pregnant even though I have not had a period since last year?

is it even possible though? im not on BCP, not really monitoring myself with OPK, or my temperatures. giving I havent had a period since the last time I took Provera (for 10 days) last year, I'm not sure if im even ovulating and just not getting a period. I do feel pelvic pressure every now and then but it subsides.

I'm not sure, AF hasn't paid me a visit in years unless I was giving Provera. But I feel different this go around. My breasts feel heavier, I keep getting more pronounced pelvic pressure, I'm agitated more.

I'm read stories about women who have conceived without having periods
I've just googled and found this
However i have pcos and have had pregnancy symptoms and positive tests then turned negative and nothing has come of it, I think pcos does play with our bodies when it comes to this.
Best thing to do is test

I'll more then likely go to the doctors and get a blood test done. I know that if I go and get a HPT it's going to come up negative anyways due to the Hor ones in PCO women.

Not all women with pcos get false readings on tests
