Trying to conceive

Hi, this is my first post on here and my situation is quite complicated. I'm 21 and I've been recently diagnosed with endometriosis; my consultant explained to me that due to the severity it would be difficult to conceive naturally. Me and my partner, we're engaged, discussed it and decided that I would come off contraceptives and if and when it ever happened we would be happy with that. It just didn't make sense to prevent something that I might only have a small chance of. That was in October last year and I stopped getting Depo injections. From February until June 5th I didn't bleed, but in June I got my periods back; it's a 30 day cycle as it was the same in July but this month I'm 4 days late. I do map my periods and fertility on an app and we did have sex during my fertile couple of days and on the day I ovulated.
My partner is very excited and asked me to do a test when I was only 1 day late, it was ClearBlue and it was negative. I was really disappointed with the result. My question is;
Do you think I have calculated my cycle correctly or do you think that since I did not bleed for such a long time that it might not be as regular as I think? Also, when would be the best time to re-test and get a postive if I am pregnant?
Also, I have had symptoms such as; tender breasts, I'm incredibly tired, back pain and slight cramps but there different to my usual ones. My cramps are very severe even before I bleed and these are just like twinges really, but I could just be looking for symptoms because I want it to be positive..
Any help would be really appreciated,

I got my positive 5 days after i was due i know it varies with each person/test they use! its now 3 days since you tested so id go get another test maybe try a 1st response one i've read on here that alot of girls get a false negative with the clearblue digital ones. also its best to test with the 1st pee of the day cos thats when the hormone is at its strongest!
Good luck my fingers are crossed for you to get that bfp and let us know how you get on x
