Trying to conceive

Hi there. I am new to posting on this website so don't really know what to say. Me and my fiancé have been trying now for over a year. Have used ovulation strips tracking my most fertile days and also using conceive plus. I haven't been on birth control for almost two years but still struggeling to conceive. Do you have any tips for me that helped you. I would also like to add that I am a fit and healthy 22 year old. Thanks :)

Hi! I know this isn't the advice you want to hear but maybe try forgetting about ovulation strips for a while. I have read that stressing over getting pregnant can sometimes make it harder. When I was trying to conceive I was really obsessed and worried that I would never get pregnant. After months of constantly thinking about it and worrying I guess resigned myself to it not happening. Soon after that I realised I was late for my period and it turned out I was pregnant :)
I know it doesn't work for everyone and it may have just been a coincidence but try and relax - you never know!
If you're not happy just letting nature take its course you and your fiancé could always go to the doctor to get checked out. If you've been trying to conceive for over a year I think they'll do something. Good luck!
