Trying to conceive

Hello everyone! I'm looking for women who have a similar story to mine. I've read very many but nothing exactly similar! my husband as I have been trying for a few months well this past month we were right on schedule!
my AF was due April 25. on Sunday the 21st I took my first test and it was negative, monday i started some pink spotting and assumed it was implantation bleeding so we waited a few days and on Tuesday the 23rd we tested positive twice! wednesday I didn't have as much spotting but that evening i had horrible cramps! well the next morning (Thursday) I had bright red blood as if I was on my period. I called my doctor and they made an emergency visit for that afternoon, by this time I started clotting (which is normal for my cycle) I did a vaginal ultra sound and they saw nothing abnormal, pee test , and a blood count. they wanted to monitor my HCG levels to see if they increase or decrease.. my husband and i took it upon ourselves to do another home pregnancy test which ended in a negative result.. well Friday they told me my HCG level was a 7 which means I'm super early into pregnancy but my numbers could be decreasing which is an early early miscarriage! I'm in my 5th week so everything is too early to tell.. I stopped bleeding Saturday so I only bled 2 days when if it was my period I usually bleed 5-7 days, and that night I took another home test which resulted in a negative as well.. I go in Monday to do more blood work to see if my numbers have changed.. does anyone have any advice, encouragement, or a similar story! we're keeping our hopes up! and we've written letters to our baby zygote to hold on for us! help!

sounds like a chemical pregnancy.
basically after you concieve the egg needs to implant. quite ofte, around 50% of the time it doesnt implant properly and it will come away like a normal period or around the time your period was due. unless you test early you will never know about this pregnancy. i know its sad but its so common.
the symptoms of a chemical pregnancy are a positive test, then bleeding, then a negative test. if you had a positive test then it went negative it means the hormone is dropping quickly. especially with the HCG reading only being 7, if your not pregnant its 5 or under. but by the time your period is due it should be around 25-100. so it must have been higher when you got the positive tests but has now dropped. im sorry

Thank you for this post. My husband and I are currently going through the same situation. I tested positive last Wednesday and again on Saturday. I am awaiting blood test results from Monday, but I started light bleeding last night. Today is like my normal period but with clotting. I keep wanting to hold on to the possibility, but unfortunately the reality is we will just have to try again next month.
Peace and Blessings
