Trying to conceive

Hello ladies, I am new and I hope you can help me
I already have a little boy but we started trying for #2 last month.
For a week, I was pretty sure I was pregnant, I was around a week late however I started bleeding heavily, with an awful lot of clots - which is very unusual for me. After feeling very poorly for a week, I decided to take a pregnancy test (a sainsburys digital one, 2 pack) and I took the first one with my first wee in the morning and it came back positive. For some reason, I just wasn't sure and didn't quite believe it so took another test (the second one) later on, around 2pm which came back negative.
They were the kind of tests where you plug the stick into the bit that says either pregnant or not pregnant (i am more familiar with the old fashioned style tests but this was all that I could get). Even though the two tests were different, both of the sticks were identical - just one deep blue heavy line.
Since then, I have been weeing for England, and have had an awful lot of discharge (which is normal for me in pregnancy) awful acne (worse than I ever remember) and indegestion but no achey boobs which is putting me off a little bit.
It has been 2 weeks since I tested (I have been on holiday) and plan to test again tomorrow, but I just have no idea. I know that you cant really get a false positive (im not on any meds) but I am so confused!

Its soooo confusing isnt it?? I had the same this week. Positive yesterday, negative today. I've read loads online and half the people are saying 'a lines a line' and the other half are 'its probably evaporation lines', but yes, that is unusual with them tests.
I went to the doctors this morning, who wasnt amzingly helpful to be fair, but she said just to keep testing what test are you planning to use? I heard that the digital ones aren't as sensitve so if your only just pregnant, you may not have enough hormone and the test won't pick it up anyway. I used first response as apparently they pick up a smaller amount of the the hcg hormone. Good luck xx
