hi all i am looking for some advice from mums who have had lletz treatments.
im 24 and last year had abnormal smear cin2 had biopsy done which then lead to me having my first lletz treatment. a year later im back in the same position had anothaa abnormal smear an tested positive for hpv i had anotha biopsy and got results yesterday saying it had showed cin2 changes again and im booked in for anotha lletz treatment in november. i was wondering could some one shed some light on lletz and pregnancy as i would really love another child someday, if i have the lletz treatment again will it make it harder to get pregnat, or does it cause difficulties during pregnancy/labour. i dont know much about it an after reading on the net some not so nice situations i am looking to hear personal stories as im really nervous about this and how or if lletz treatment affected your pregnancy.
thank you so much in advance for any help xx

I would love to hear comments on this. I too had a lletz treatment 6mths ago and am dew for a check up next week. Im 29 and have no kids yet. Just got Married in august. I remember after my surgery i spoke to the surgeon and she did say, even if my test came back still with abnormalities to try and get pregnant, as it can make the cervix wall a little weaker, so having a second could do even more....i would speak to your doctor and see what they say. But as I have no children, they recommended a started first.

I had cin 1 2 and 3 last jan and had most of my cervix removed. They keep an extra special eye on me with regular swabs for anything that could send me in to labour early and regular tv scans to measure my cervix. It was 4cm long yest which is considered normal so they're quite happy that ill go to at least 37 weeks. The only thing I've noticed it's lots of low down pains in my cervix and am losing tiny bits of plug
