Hi ladies, not sure if this is the right place to post but just wanted a few tips if possible! I'm a sufferer of PCOS and hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed with PCOS back when I was a teen at about 14 and never had a regular period up until this year. I managed to lose a lot of weight and live a healthier lifestyle and just as well! Because I now have a period every month and fingers crossed I continue to do so, which is why I have decided I am going to be trying to conceive- if not now, then very soon. I have just began taking Seven Seas trying for a baby just to see if it helps get my body prepared. My period does arrive each month nowadays, however, the date it arrives on is unpredictable which is going to be a little tricky when it comes to figuring out when I am ovulating, could anyone recommend to me something I could do to keep track of this? I have not yet tried to conceive in the past so this is all new to me lol! I am unfortunately a smoker and do drink a lot of caffeine! :( boo! But my plans are to try to cut down gradually and get back to exercising at the gym which may also help to improve my chances.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all! Have a wonderful day!😃
