Hi ladies I need advice, I'm currently on cd47 and I usually have a 32-34 day cycle!
but I tested negative last Wednesday when I was 5 days late
im too scared to test, I do not want a negative however I have been convinced everyday that my period will start but it just doesn't!

I think it's probably best to consult your doctor. I've found that the moment you stop worrying about when your period arrives is ... the moment that it arrives! Try not to worry and go ahead and take another test if you want to be certain - better to be safe than sorry!

This may or may not help you Fiona but my cycle was 52 days last month. It was extremely frustrating waiting for something to happen. I started temping in the end and a couple of weeks after I started termping I detected ovulation so then I knew to wait another 2 weeks or so for AF, which started 13dpo. I just have to hope this cycle is not as long!
Could there be any reason for delayed AF - recently stopped BC, a lot of exercise, diet ?? Alternatively, have you tried a different brand of pg test, as some work well for some ladies but do not detect pg til quite late on in other ladies?
I hope you work it out one way or another soon gl

Hi mrsU thank you for your reply.
there is no reason for my cycle to be this long I haven't changed anything, I've been using tesco own brand and testing in the evening :-/
but I used a tesco test in evening when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd on cd47
Last night I thought af was going to arrive I was getting mild pre menstrual cramps and achey breasts, convinced I was going to see blood when I went to the loo but nothing and nothing again this morning?,! Sooooo confused
i refuse to test! Xxx
