Trying to conceive

Anyone use these? I'm thinking of trying them this cycle to keep the swimmers in as I have noticed no matter how long I stay still for after DTD, they fly out as soon as I move! I had seen a lady on here mention she used the mooncup which is the same idea so I've been googling & seen more reviews for the softcups.
Am I mad?!
I figured I could try them out and if I like them, i could use them for AF too even if they don't "work" for TTC?!

I've never heard of these until now! Not sure I'll use them as I'm rubbish, I even struggle with tampons. Let us know how you get on with them though!

I'd only seen the mooncup on hitched and then when lurking over here, I saw another lady mention she used them to keep the swimmers in. I'm not sure how I'll get on with them, I'm fairly good with tampons but this looks to be a completely different ballgame.
I had to use pads after I had my LLETZ procedure last year and I really didn't like them. Horses for courses and all that!

Funny you post this as I was thinking about them just the other day, I'd seen people talk about them on another forum. I always feel like half of the swimmers must fall back out after dtd too despite laying still. I'm not sure if they are just a step too far in making things clinical because surely you need to put one up straight after dtd, you can't go and do it discretely in the bathroom as they'd all fall out on the way.
I'm fine with tampons too but they were saying you need to get these quite far up so I was worried about how you actually do that, do they have some form of applicator?!
I'd like to give it a go but I am concerned it's one crazy set too far!!

There's a video on their website of how to put them in, I don't think I can do it!

I've heard of a mooncup but not one of these. The mooncup makes me feel icky!
All I can think though is that plenty of people don't use it and get pregnant and they must all have the same issue of them escaping! For me I think it's a step too far.

Oh and dollyp I don't think you could pay me to watch that video!

I can't chance looking at the videos as I'm at work and I work mainly with men so better not chance them seeing it!
Re the clinical aspect, I figured I could send H off to the bathroom after DTD and then pop it in! You're right though, it might just be a step too far. Assuming I'll be able to manage it. I already check my CM etc so I think I might be able to get on with it...

Missed your reply Holey - you're absolutely right. Plenty of people do get pregnant without needing to do anything at all, never mind stick a plastic thing up with their hoo hoo! I guess I'm too impatient and I figure there's no harm in trying. I may go back on that though after the first attempt though! I'll come back to y'all and let you know how I get on next week!

Haha the video was kind of animated so not too graphic but it put me right off.
You're right Holey people can have sex standing up and still get pregnant and plenty must escape then!

Yeah I must admit I'm of the opinion that's a bit much too. Not necessary at all.

Just crashing in to say that I think the really good swimmers (the ones that are likely to get the egg anyway) pretty much shoot straight up and it's only the stragglers that are left behind, which would be too weak to swim to the egg anyway.
