Hey ladies I'm new to this site, and joined as i am needing advice and found you doing the google search looking for insight.
Ok my situation, on the week of Ov i had small dots of brown discharge which has never happened before, after research (as you do) i realised that this can be normal so i didn't have any reason to doubt it. Me and my partner have been active around this time too. Then 5 days before period due i had an extremely light bleed, assumed AF was on her way, popped in a tampon and went on my daily business, then realising i had changed for a few hours i went to do so but there was only brown dc on my tampon (sorry tmi) so i didn't insert another, since then i have had nothing which is why I'm confused as im normally really really crampy which ive had none off and really heavy first couple of days. Could this be spotting? Ive ordered a couple of first response tests which should arrive today but would it be too soon to test? Any experiences and advice welcome! Tia

Hi I am pretty much in the same boat it have a couple of days left till af arrives and I started spotting a few days ago ... lets say I am on day 4 of spotting . This has happened to me in the past when I spotted for 4 days and ended up getting af so I am not to sure how to advice you .. As mentioned above i usually spot a couple of days before af not a week early like I am now ... I am going to wait till my due date and then take a test ..which probably should be around saturday. I would say wait it out ... ideally the spotting should not last longer than a week ..lets see what happens ..will keep you updated!
