...also,iv been on the pill for 7 years, came off in december, the last day of my "pill period" was on the 11th Dec and i haven't had one since. i was on dianette which had a higher estrogen dosage in, so do u think my body could take longer to get over the pill due to this? and do u think this could affect my fertility?
    so many questions!! sorry! x

u need to be working for the comany 26 weeks before u go on maternity leave so u should be fine. Unfortuantly i think u have to be on a permenant contract and not still in probabtion not sure thou try the hmrc website more info on there.

Good luck with the wedding too sounds like ur gonna be busy!

As for the fertility/af thing there are quite few girls on here who have waited a long time for their afs to return so try not to panic yet, thou i know thats hard unfortunatly u've just gotta wait for the pill to get out of ur system.

i used to work for hmrc and as long as your in employment with them when u fall preg and then for futher 26 weeks and your earnings are above the limit then you will get SMP!
hope this makes sense, didn't want to go into greater detail as it just gets confusing! even for me!!! lol!
