Ok I am in a good mood today and need to talk about this AGAIN,

I have had ewcm since Sat so that is five dsys now i am due to ov next monday, surly you cannot have ewcm for 9 days??? also I have been charting my temp so far this is how my temp chart has been:

cd4 is w hen I started it from.

    36.1
    36
    36.1
    35.9
    35.9
    36.2
    35.8
    35.8
    36.2
    36.1

Dose this look ok? I am sooo worried that it will just stay the same as this and that it will show me I am not oving.

If youve had it for nine days then it sounds like your having a super fertile month! I would b'dance every other day until Sunday and then every day for a few days just to make sure you catch it! I dont know about the temp side of things as Ive never done that, how much is it meant to go up by? x

I think that hjanea replied to somebody else's post (xsamix i think) saying that she has loads on cd7 right up until ovulation cd12-14, so sounds a little like her? I would say as long as you've got it thats good to keep his little swimmers alive for longer, so keep that bd'ing up! x

    Hi K,

I know I answered your last post on this but I do think your temps look ok. They do go up and down slightly but I don't think its enough for you not to be able to notice your rise when it happens :\)

My temp is usually 36.3 up until ov and then rises to 36.7/36.8.

I started spotting on Sunday and Monday and my temp was still 36.8. Yesterday I had nothing and my temp stayed the same, this morning AF arrived in full flow and I am back to 36.2.

I feel a lot happier that at least something is happening and I am sure this time next week you will be saying exactly the same thing!

Loads of ewcm can only be a good thing too so get bd'ing! x

Also I am so pleased to hear there is something else out there who has had LOTS of ewcm for days, today is day 5 that i have had it, had more on saturday and sunday but I still have it and if it carry's on till ov then that would be 9 days. This is my second month of taking EPO as well to help looks like it worked!

LOL no I have not tried them to be honest i did not want to as i am worried I will also get hooked and then that will be more money I spend each month and might get a little too into it. I was/am hoping that taking my temp will show me if I am oving or not. I am so worried it will just stay the same but i have to know.

I only came off the pill 4 months ago and I know it took somebody on here 6 months to start oving again after the pill.

I don't want to say this - but remember that post about cm you put on a while ago - it says if EWCM doesn't disappear after 4 days it means you haven't ovd?

I really hope you have tho xx

    hi k-lou,

i know this isn't probably the answer you want to hear but if you want to know whether you are ov'ing or not i would recommend ov tests. they can be frustrating at times (and i've had my fair share of rants about them) but it is very reassuring if you do get a + on them.

this cycle i really did rely on my ov tests and temp together as i had confusion re my ewcm. usually i get so much EWCM that i think why am i bothering with ov tests/temp. but i didn't have that much this month - i had a bit on the monday but got - ov test, temp didn't rise. then i got a bit on the wednesday night, temp didn't rise on the thursday so i was relieved. i got a + on the thursday (and not much ewcm!), and my temp rose on the friday (which i wasn't expecting as i thought the temp rise would be the saturday). on the friday i got a dark line on the ov test but it wasn't a +, so from all of this i realised i ov'd on the thursday night

hope that hasn't confused you. just wanted to point out that despite me getting annoyed with myself for "trying" too hard with ov tests and temp, it worked for me this month.

good luck and i really hope you get your BFP soon xxxx

I second that, ov tests are really good and well worth the money. I didnt use them this month but that was just because I didnt have a clue when I was going to ov after the mc so didnt want to get stressed about it. If you know your cycle then they are really worth using xxx

Thanks girls, I guess I will be buying some OV sticks today. I feel gutted to be honest I forgot that the information said that? If I am not due to OV till next monday and i had loads of EWCM last sat and sun then I guess I wont be oving this month.

I thought there was no way I could have it of so long, it must be my body's way of trying to ov?

Maybe you just ovulated earlier than you thought? Or might even be ovulating now?

If you've still been bd'ing don't lose your PMA yet, I am sure some people must get more EWCM than others.

Where did you get the info regarding the 4 days bit? x

Oh a web site, I have no ov's yet my temps are still the same it was 36.1 this morning and also i have had no OV pains like i normal feel. I am sat at my desk filling up here. I just feel shit. I have just emailed hubby and going to get him to pick up some ov sticks for me. I am only on CD14 of a 31 day cycle so it really should be around the weekend.

Ahhh k, don't let it upset you, its not over yet and you WILL still ovulate (pma and all that!).

If your hubby gets you the tests make sure you get the CBD ones as at least you will be able to read very clearly if you've had a surge or not.

If you start testing tomorrow and you think you are due to ovulate at the weekend you still have plenty of time.

Keep bd'ing to build up those reserves and keep a smile on your face.

This could still be your month xx

I know how you feel, its horrible not knowing if everything is working 'normally' but until you know either way for definite try to keep positive as they say stress can affect it all too..

TTC is far too complicated! I just wish someone could say it might take you a year but by xmas you WILL be pregnant!

K-lou - i think its a great idea to get some sticks - it takes some of the guesswork out of when/if you have oved - i find them reassuring as at least i know that bit of the process has worked - i think they will help give you the positive reassurance too... and at least if dont come up positive you will know that too ... if you are currently at CD14 and start with them today if no positve dont get too disheartened as it could have been positive at CD12 or 13 ... i usually use them from CD12-CD14 - but now getting amazing results continuing to CD15 and 16 ...best of luck
