So all has gone tits up.
Put my temp in this morning (still high) and FFhas now changed my predicted ov date to 2 days later. I don't understand why it's done it. Also, I check my temps on a cel joys thermometer and Fahrenheit and the temperatures are so wildly different for the last few days. I charted it all out this morning and according to Celsius one, ov is likely to have happened on 31st, FF says 30th, but originally said 28th. BD not at right time in that case (not that we were timing it, didn't know about impending ov). Why has FF changed the dates? I just don't get it.
Cherrypie, will reply when on my laptop. It's fiddly via my phone :-/ xx

I dont know what to think today :S had a temp spike this morning and have had ewcm for past 2 days but now its gone back to watery/creamy. I dont know if I ovd yesterday or not (had a weird sharp pain around my left ovary on saturday but didnt think anything of it at the time.)
But if I ovd yesterday thats really early for me considering cycles are usually 29 days apart from last month which was 40! Yesterday was cd10, so early for me. :S will see what my temps say over the next couple of days.
We didnt bd yesterday, and only once on sat so hope if yesterday was ov then that will be enough

Cherrypie, I was going to buy one yesterday in preparation for a few days time, mainly because when AF is due, we'll be onl holiday at his parents...awkward if testing there! Haha! Hope it just keeps getting darker and darker for you!
With telling friends and family, I just don't want the pressure. I'm a ridiculously independent person anyway and only talk about my personal feelings with my dh and not really my family or even close friends - find it much easier on here, for example. I'll rant with anyone but I don't talk 'emotion' with anyone except him, really. I've got a few friends who know we're "thinking about trying" but don't know we're actually taking it that seriously. My dh is so laid back he's horizontal (which helps for bd..haha! ) and he's very much take it as it comes, which is a godsend for me.
Random pain today - sharp pain in my left hand side when I move, like a tugging pain. I'm sure it's totally unrelated to anything baby-making-themed (although it is over my ovary area) but my god, it's frustrating!
Cherrypie, will you let us know when you find out? Sitting here grinning with excitement for you!
Levi - wishing you the most successful bd-ing ever
Bella'sMummy - that's strange it would be so early. BD isn't mistimed though - if you ov'd today, then the little swimmers would likely to still be around to hang around for the egg. Keeping everything crossed for you!
And a mushy thing - thank you so much to you all for helping me out. You're honestly like TTCAngels of Wisdom, Calmness and General Niceness Thanks

Bellasmummy, you could have ov'd early, I think I ov'd early last month, looking back at my chart, got a pos opk cd8 , started testing cd 6 this month - just in case ! could well be early , if you did bd sat that would hopefully be enough , fc for you x x

Yay cherrypie, that's fantastic news!!! I have also been ttc for 18 months so hearing your news has really been a boost
how's everyone else doing? Cd 10 for me, temps are all over the place! How much does it matter about taking them at the exact same time every day? I have lots of trouble sleeping, so it's rare for me to get 3 hours sleep at the same time every night, as I wake up at least 2/3 times per night at different times Your chart still looks good WooH, FC for you!
As for telling people we are ttc, we didn't in the first few months, it was like our exciting little secret, but as time has gone on, I've told close friends, close family and a couple of work colleagues (one of whom is also ttc). It has been helpful to share stories with my step sister as she was also ttc her first for ages, as was my mum with me.
We haven't told his family because my MIL wouldn't approve as DH has epilepsy and is currently hoping to have surgery to correct it BUT the waiting list is massive and neither of us want to wait until then.
