..before I can start trying trying again. My latest tests from Charring Cross are still normal so all being well good to go for September.
Me and H are both on diets, I'm going to the gym three times a week. He is taking zinc and multi vits. I'm on conception support from boots. Alcohol will be cut out from September but am enjoying it too much at moment!
Is there anything else we can do? Am hoping you lovely ladies have some ideas - especially as I'm going to be a right needy cow in three months time! You will be sick of me...

Have a chat with your gp re folic acid. Some people need high dose folic acid (if bmi over 30, if you have crohns, multiple mc, etc etc)
I'd chart as well just to pick up any patterns really but it sounds that you are both doing really well. Sept will be here in no time

Hey GB so glad everything is looking ok for you to start TTC again in a few months. As CP said, charting just now wouldn't be a bad idea so that you, come September, you understand exactly what your cycles are like.
Other than that, your doing brilliantly with your health and fitness (minus an odd night out which is allowed!!!).

Thanks CP - I tried to chart once but got really confused and just didn't get it. It have a CBFM so may crack that open next cycle but to be fair I can usually tell when ov is happening - and my cycles are really regular despite everything that's happened. Will pop to doc soon about the folic acid.
CA - thank you (fab new name by the way!) I am really loving the gym still. My weight doesn't seem to be coming down as much as I would hope but H reckons its because muscle weighs more than fat! I think he is being kind. It's really helping with my stress and anxiety so pleased that I joined.

He is right. Instead of weighing yourself every week try taking measurements, thighs, upper arms, waist, hips, boobs. You might surprise yourself with the inch loss.

I stopped drinking caffeine 3 months before we started the IVF. You could also take omega 3. I hope the next 3 months goes quickly.

Now that will be tough! I love diet coke - probably drink far too much of it. Did your H give up caffeine too? Thank you. X
