Its unlikely that you are not ov-ing at all if your cycles and AF are turning up although your cycles does seem long. You haven't said what they were like before? I personally don't ever get good results from opks - not sure why perhaps as I am older ttc-er. Have you mentione danything to your doctor at all? They could always do some simply blood tests to check your hormone levels timed with your cycles.
One thing to remember is that the average apparently for women to get their BFP is about 9 months, so try not to fret too much. Why don't you join us over on 'ttc after miscarriage / ectopic' - the ladies are a friendly bunch and we generally have a monthly testing thread to chat on.
