Trying to conceive

Hi all, i have never started a new thread- so here goes.
I had an ovarian cyst at 19(in 2006) i was in pain for around 2weeks, and then had to go to hosp as i was in agony and had blurred vision. Went to A&E was given Morphine and threw up, and tested for pregannacy=negative. Further tests revealed i had a tennis ball size cyst on left ovary taht had twisted and bleeding (Alien 1). This was removed on bank hol monday and i was in hospital for 4 days.
I then had internal washings, and tested CA125= 17 which is borderline. Kept under obs for 5 years- for regular internal/external scans , bloods and gyna visits.
Was on pill all this time and also told to stay on it to regulate periods.
In 2009 i had tingling in hand, felt sick, blurred vision- told had to come off pill immediatly as stroke like symptoms.
Went on to Cerezette- no periods for 3 years.
Married in Aug 12 and been trying to concieve since with no joy. I am ovulating and having periods every 27 days on ave.
I have had lots of blood tests to test for thyroid and ov function- all in normal limits. Asked for fereral back to gyna- went to womens hosp yesterday for a csan inside and out- and they have found a second cyst on the same ovary and they said it will need removing asap, they are ref to their gyna and trying to arange op.
Really worried know as think this could be why not concieving- i am awaiting to hear more.
Anyone else been in this situation/any advise would be appreciated very stressed. Tried to pu the kettle in the fridge earlier and then missed a meeting- oops!!

I've never been in this situation, unfortunately- although we did try for our little one for 3 years, so I have an idea about some of what you're going through.
But I do have a friend who had a massive cyst on one of her ovaries. She had to have the ovary removed at 18. Good news is, she still ovulates with her remaining ovary and now has 3 children at 34. I don't know much more about the details, but I thought it might help to know you're not alone! Good luck xx
