There definitely were paragraphs when I wrote that!

Holey - Ooooooh who is the chef at the restaurant you're going to? I love Masterchef the professionals! I hope af shows up soon so you know where you are.
From last night:
Lottie - Good luck testing!
Sallylou - That restaurant looks amazing I love a nice dinner out. I will miss Michel Roux Jr as well but have you seen who is replacing him?! I think it might be very interesting lol!
AFM - TTC wise due to ov on Friday or Saturday, was getting a bit stressed as H is out Wed and Thur this week but feeling ok now as we cover ov well every month and it doesn't happen so there is no point in stressing over it! Just hoping af arrives on time so I can have hycosy next cycle.
Changing the subject has everyone got a winter coat this year?! Random question I know lol! I really need to get a new one but the one I like is so expensive, hoping to get a discount code for the shop!
Hi to all who follow!

Sorry I didn't get back on yesterday, had a bit of a mental afternoon.
Sally - The Flash is a spin off from Arrow, do you watch that? I think it's going to be absolutely amazing! (I probably get way too excited about TV!)
Holey - Sorry about the BFN, this TTC malarkey is a real head f**k at times. Glad you had a nice day at your friend's wedding though.
Lottie - I think testing again is a good plan, I can relate to your thinking there. Somtimes it's better to know one way or the other. Still, fingers crossed for you! We're going to Las Vegas and New York over Christmas and New Year.
And on to today...
Holey - I hope you get a resolution one way or the other and soon. See above re. head f**k!
Lulu - I have such an awful time with coats!! I've got a great big sleeping-bag-style coat for when it's really cold that I got last year from Primark, but I struggle to find a decent somewhere-in-between coat for when it's cooler but I don't want to wrapped up like there's 6ft of snow, do you know what I mean? The one I've got at the moment apparently makes me look heavily pg, I've been asked a couple of times while wearing it how long I've got left to go by total strangers. I'm sure you can imagine how keen that makes me to wear it!
Nothing to report from me today. 4dp5dt and haven't felt anything different to the norm (not that I would expect to yet!)

Lottie, hope it's just too early for you, wishing you lots of luck.
Sally - I was salivating reading that menu! I
Holey - Really sorry that your cycles aren't playing ball!
LuLu - You have the right attitude! As for coats, I get a winter coat every other year and always grab a bargain from Cheshire Oaks, I got a gorgeous red, swing style the year before last £60, down from £180! It's still in beautiful condition!
ST - I never had any symptoms until around 8/9 dp, so don't panic.
AFM - I got a 3+ on a cbd last night which I am thrilled about, it means my beans are growing :-)
14/10/2014 at 10:07
That's great news Claire! It's all looking good!
14/10/2014 at 10:15
It's reassuring to know ST, especially because I've been left in limbo from OTD to scan date!
14/10/2014 at 10:17
Lulu - who's replacing him?! The chef is Steve barringer, he got to the final a few years ago.
I bought myself 2 New coats the other weekend. One for work from warehouse and a warm weekend one from O'Neill. Both had 20% off! Which shop have you seen the coat in lulu?
14/10/2014 at 10:31
ST - My inbetween coats are a mac for work and a leather jacket for weekends. I bet you wanted to punch anyone who said that! When will you test?
Claire - Great news on cbd, things are going in the right direction! That is a great deal on your coat, I do the same a new one every other year it seems to come round quick lol!
Holey - It's Marcus Wareing, he would scare the *** out of me if I was on there lol! Ooooh haven't looked in Warehouse! The one I've seen is in Reiss so expensive but so lovely and would definitley last 2 if not 3 years. I need something very warm for walking to and from the train station.
14/10/2014 at 10:58
Claire - it's just a constant waiting game isn't it, even after the BFP!
Lulu - My first instinct was wanting to cry, then I wanted to shout and bawl, but of course social etiquette doesn't allow such reactions! My OTD is Monday at the clinic, but it would have been Sunday if it wasn't for the fact that it's Sunday and clinic is closed. I'm not sure yet when I'll test - I guess it depends what happens between now and then! Last time I started bleeding at 6dp5dt so that was when I started testing.
14/10/2014 at 13:06
Lottie - My knee is pretty good these days - still got more physio to do but definitely on the mend - thanks for asking! Hope those cramps might have been implantation and you get a nice BFP soon xx You may have told us this already so apologies in advance if you have but what happened with your consultant? Have they a plan for you if you get a BFP?
Holey - Gald you got the ov kits - fingers crossed you either don't need them this cycle or that they'll work on the next one for you!
Lulu - You have a great attitude - wish I could say the same - I'm already fretting that we're going to miss ov in November due to a course I'm on. Re the coat, if you get one, let me know. I'm on the lookout too - saw a nice one at Bicester Village but waaay out of my price range!
ST - Hope the next few days fly by - have you decided if you will test before OTD or will you wait?
Claire - Amazing news, I really am so delighted for you - it's nice to get that little bit of reassurance. When did you say you will have an early scan?
AFM - Really busy at work today which I love. TTC wise, CD7 and I did a digi today which was low so I'm hoping to catch the peak better this cycle than last time! My mum is coming over from Ireland to see my sister and her twin sin Northampton this week so she'll come down to see us the following week. I literally can't wait - love spending time with my mum. Better hide all evidence of TTC though!
14/10/2014 at 13:49
Oh Tayto how lovely your Mum coming over to visit, have you got anything planned? Not quite the same but my mum lives a good 200 miles away and I miss her so much, so I know how excited you'll be feeling. T my scan is next Friday.
14/10/2014 at 13:57
Hi holey - had to google that chef, but I remember him! I'm sure it'll be fab when you go.
Lulu - Yes I've seen its Marcus W. I'm not sure how I feel about it, whenever I've watched him before he always comes across as a bit of an ***, hopefully he'll work out! Le Gavroche is on my list of places to go (eventually!)
Hi ST - still got fingers crossed for you and your little embies. I think i'd have struggled to hold back my reaction if someone said that to me - I'm not sure it'd be pleasant!
tayto - sounds fab that you get to see your mum next week. Fingers crossed you catch your peak better this time round.
RE: the coat chat, I bought 2 jactets (I couldn't pick between them in the sales) but I don't have an everyday winter coat really. I have no idea what to go for and have pretty much given up unless one jumps out at me. I need a new waterproof, but I'm off to Norfolk in a couple of weeks and they have a handy Trespass shop so I'll have a peek in there first.
Got 2 of the cats at the vets tonight for their boosters, I am not looking forward to boxing them up for the journey though!
14/10/2014 at 15:40
ST - Got everything crossed for you x
Tatyo - Hoepfully you won't have to worry about November ov! I wish I was near Bicester although I know I would spend too much if I went there lol!
Sally - I thought the same about Marcus W at first but now I think he will be good, I don't look forward to many things on tv but definitely looking forward to this! Le Gavroche is also on my list along with so many other places! Hope the cats are ok tonight!
14/10/2014 at 17:29
ST - Hope there will be no bleeding this time and that Monday goes well for you.
Claire - best of luck for Friday x
Sally - Hope the cats do ok at the vets tonight!
Lulu - Thanks - hope I won't have to worry about November either! Have you ever been to Bicester actually? First time I was there was 4/5 years ago now and I was so taken aback by the number of coaches there - they tried having an outlet place like that back home in Ireland but it was nowhere near as successful and eventually closed down - end of the Celtic Tiger and all that!
14/10/2014 at 22:25
Holey - How great going to a wedding so close to your house! I've never been there before but I think that a couple of ladies on Hitched had weddings there this year too. I've just googled where you are going for dinner. It sounds lovely, lucky you! I hope that your cycles settle down soon.
Lulu - I sometimes stress about the timing of DTD but I read somewhere that the fastest sperm can swim to an egg within 30 minutes! I don't know if that's right but it made me feel better if H wasn't around for a few days before ov.
ST - Your holiday sounds fantastic! Have you been before? We are hoping to go to New York in January as I have a big birthday coming up . We did have a quick look at going in December instead to get the best of all the Christmas stuff out there but the prices were ridiculous! Where are you staying? I hope that the rest of this week goes as quickly as possible for you.
Claire_Lou - Fab news on your CBD!
Tayto - Glad to hear that your knee is on the mend! I had an arthropscopy on mine 4 years ago but like an idiot, I slacked off and didn't really do the exercises I was given. It still twinges now and I wonder if that's why! We had H's sister and brother in law to stay about a month ago and I had to hide all my TTC paraphernalia! I have a bathroom cupboard full of stuff and although I didn't think there was much chance of them seeing it as it is in our ensuite, I didn't want to take the risk! Have a lovely time with your Mum.
Sally-Lou - I hope that you got your cats to the vets ok! I hate taking ours as as soon as she sees the carrier she starts crying and then she cries for the whole journey there. I feel so bad but I keep telling myself 'cruel to be kind'!
AFM - I tested and it was a BFP! I am shocked to say the least, as it is only my second cycle since the last ERPC. I am absolutely shitting myself but keeping my fingers crossed that it will be ok this time. Tayto - the doctor rang me on Friday last week (nearly 4 weeks after seeing him!) and said that the consultant wasn't willing to see me at this stage. I'm glad as I'm not sure what would happen now if they did want to see me. I hope that this one is a sticky one...

Lottie! That is fantastic! Keeping everything crossed for you x
15/10/2014 at 08:37
Lottie that is AMAZING news! Congratulations! Fingers crossed for a sticky one :) We've been to New York before but not Las Vegas - I am a NYC fanatic though so feel free to chat to me all day long about it if you wish, I can happily provide lots of tips! xx
