    Hi Clare,

Yea I think it is normal, I had ERPC in Jan & they said my af could be heavier & painful. I didnt get the 1st af till march & that was excruciating & heavy, the nxt one was heavy & a bit painful & last month was heavy but no pain.

talking to my friends who have had babies say that even tho I didnt carry to full term it does change your periods.

Hope it eases up for you hun xx

    hi clare

i had erpc on 28th nov and dint get af till mid jan and it was AWFUL - very heavy very painful - i thought i had an infection from op.

then had af 6th feb so really short cycle and that was more painful than previous but much better than the jan one - i did fall pg so havent had an af since (though have bled pretty much every week in pg!)

I would say just from those 2 cycles that it was normal to have a much heavier and painful period but i would like to think that they wouldnt last for too much longer. Maybe go back to gp if next cycle is as painful.

in the meantime - hotwater bottle paracetomol CHOCOLATE x x
