Me and my husband want to have a child but he is unable to so we have opted to have a local donor give us fresh sperm. I have been reading for weeks on different options and ovulating and LH surge? I am so confused with all the abreviations for all the different things your suppose to check on the make sure it goes correctly. I guess I am slow lol I cant figure out anything. I am Prime turning 30 no health issues and believe I am very fertile( clock ticking hard) I just need a lil help explaining all the abreviations and how to tell when i am ovulating ?? Please help us and goodluck to everyone else trying

Well you ovulate roughly 14 days before your period (AF) arrives. If you are using a donor then the best way to know it's the right time owuld be to use ovulation predictor kits (OPKs) - if you are willing to spend some money the clerblue digital ones are the best as they are easier to read and understand. When you get a positive OPK it means that you will ovulate in the next few days.
