Hope everyone is okay?! Very quiet on here today?!
Sorry for being absent for a little while, I thought I might just be boring people with my non trying to conceive talk all the time lol!
(Still not TTC yet!) But we are a step closer, Hubby has his transfer date for July 5th (My Birthday!) Woohoo! So It's on for June! 1st of June is our anniversary (2 years!) and apparently according to FF I am ovulating that week! Woohoo! Awesome anniversary for us!
I hope you all had a nice weekend?! - We were busy we are sorting out the garden currently (It's a mess completely.) The grass doesn't live, We are getting the patio extended, and building decking and seating and putting down some pebbles so only having a small portion of grass (Where it actually grows.) So going to be busy bee's on H's days off lol!

Afternoon Chocolate Cupcake x
It is always good to hear non ttc things too, it helps bring things to life and also distracts us too!
I love planning new things and decorating, I have so many plans for our house but on hold until the husband has seen if he gets a promotion. Are you doing it yourselves?
Anything planned for your anniversary?
AFM got my solid smiley this morning so will be heading towards the dreaded 2ww!

Mrs T - Great news on the solid smiley!
AFM - CD4 so nothing to report but still staying postive that is can happen naturally even after all this time! Picked up our furbaby at the weekend, she is adorable and keeping us busy :-)
Hi to all who follow xx

Work trip to Boston was really good. Full days of soft skills training followed by evenings of play :-)!
Totally exhausted over weekend.
Following on from question on last week's post from Mrs T. Not certain won't get NHS funded treatment. I have an appointment this Friday at a NHS hospital so will see what they have to say. Problem is that I'm 42 in June and think cut off is cycle must be completed by 42nd birthday. Does anyone know if this is correct. As a result have also booked appointment at private clinic which will be towards end of May that way we don't have to start at square one again if don't get nhs funding. Hopefully tests at least can be covered. Time will tell.
I saw on Facebook today that my cousin is expecting a baby girl. Whilst I am happy for her did have a "when will it be my turn" cry. Can't say husband fully gets where I'm coming from which is hard too.

Hopeful, my husband used to be the same. As much as I hate to pigeon hole, I can't help but do so when it comes to this issue - men are definitely from Mars when it comes to this, I just don't think it's in them to fully understand where we come from as women. It's not just the wanting to be pregnant, it's the instinct for it. I believe our maternal instincts kick in before we become pregnant, especially if it takes us a while. That's just my opinion of course and not based on any research, but it's certainly how I felt. I can't answer your question about the NHS unfortunately but with regards to going private, have you thought about going abroad? When I hear what some people pay for IVF treatments in the UK it makes my eyes water. That's not to say I think it's definitely the best course of action but it might be worth looking into?
Hi to CC, Mrs T and Lulu too. Am really hoping you ladies (with Tayto, Sally and the rest of the gang) will be joining BT really soon.

Morning girls, with you on the men from Mars Enjayee! I had this discussion with the husband the other week and how he wants to know when I track ovulation etc and I always maintained that it was bad enough one of us knew so this month we went a bought new sticks and I leave it all out on their side and he has decided to get stage fright now DTD actually matter. I just want to tell him I told you so but just not worth it!
But on a plus I had a nice PPI claim which will pay for fertility treatment if need be and only three people have applied for the job he went for so all positive so far.
Hopeful2015, hopefully the NHS help you both so will cross everything that they do the right thing.
Can't wait for flashes Lulu and Chocolate Cupcake x
What did you call your fur baby Lulu?
Love your ticker Enjayee, beautiful to see x

Enjayee - Hi lovely I really hope we are joining you soon! Hope you're doing ok xx
Mrs T - Great news on the PPI, I really hope you don't need it for treatment though!
Hope Tayto and Sally are having a good hols and hi to anyone else!

Hello girls. Saw it was fairly quiet on here and thought I'd pop on and say hi :)
CC - I'm counting down to June now you've told me that!
MrsT - Fingers crossed for you. My H wanted to get more involved and then didn't like having to perform on cue so I know exactly what you mean
Lulu - Congratulations on your furbaby! I will keep an eye out for a photo :)
Hopeful - No idea on NHS rules but want to give you a big hug. It's so hard when people we like get pregnant because you have such mixed feelings about it
Enjayee - Congrats again
AFM - So we don't really count as TTC but we've been NTNP (think thats the right acronym) for 9 months now. Had two cycles in that time (currently CD3) so we'll see how this one goes

Enjayee - Congrats
AFM gardens going well we need to order more decking but its looking good so far.
Hubby is going to tell me his shifts for May so I can book in for my bots before trying to conceive!

CC - Well done on your weight loss that is amazing! Do you feel better for it as well? Know what you mean about fb, I haven't logged on for a while now it just doesn't feel really relevant to me at the moment and it's a bit boring now to be honest lol! Must be so hard with Jack's birthday coming up, we are here if you need us so rant away xx

Happy Friday everyone!
AF finally turned up on Wednesday- fifty day cycle. Been very painful in the two or three week lead up to it :-(.
Today was the day of my NHS visit to discuss IVF. Long story short will have to go private. At least got some blood tests done on NHS. Will need to do AMH and other tests at the clinic but was told that I would most likely be on short protocol and could potentially start with my June or July af. So more waiting but at least between now and 22 May can get on and have all the other tests done!
One thing I didn't like was fact had to wait in area full of pregnant women, not the most sensitive way of doing things. Oh well!
24/04/2015 at 17:18
Lulu - I have noticed a massive diference in my ankle, It does still get painful but no where near as bad or as often which is great! I can do more before it starts hurting! I generally feel much better because I have more energy!
I am okay just feeling a bit meh about all the baby stuff on fb! But nevermind :D I know people do put everything on there just seems to be a lot of it atm lol!
Hope you are okay :) xx

Evening girls x
Lulu, three weeks will fly by. Hate that you have got this far but hope they can help you with your dream x
PurpleStar, I was around before when you were TTC but welcome back x
Chocolate Cupcake, my husband has children from previous so can't go through the NHS :(
Well done on the weight loss, are you following a diet? I am doing SW but need to get back in to it.
Hopeful, good news that treatment can start so soon x
AFM, CD21 4dpo ish and holding on to hope that we did all we could this month. Going to speak to the husband tonight about making an appointment for when AF is due anyway so we can get tests started asap if it is another negative month. Also invested in shed loads of internet cheapies so I can test as much as my heart desires this month!
