CD 2 for me so nothing to report. Hoping for a much shorter cycle this time. Even on my 'normal' cycles i dont ov until CD20ish. So hoping i will put ttc to back of my mind for that time.
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend, seems the weathers going to be good!

Morning cooper, here's hoping for a much shorter cycle for you this time. Have you any plans for the weekend?
AFM - CD28, 16DPO - I'm now quite positive that I didn't ov when I thought I did so just gotta wait and will scrap this cycle from my stats on FF as the op must have delayed my ov longer than usual,
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend - our plans are to remove the wallpaper off the small bedroom; it's been a nightmare so far!
Hello to all who follow!

Cooper - Sorry it's definitely the next cycle :( Did you have longer cycles pre-EP? Fingers crossed for a shorter cycle.
Tayto - How weird, but I guess the operation would probably mess you about. Glad you're doing well mobilising though!
AFM - CD5, so nothing to report!

Sorry to hear that Cooper. Definitely hope this is a shorter cycle for you.
Tayto - frustrating. Good luck with the wallpaper. Take plenty of sunshine breaks!
Hazel has AF left the building then?
AFM well I went back to the Dr yesterday to talk about my spotting in my luteal phase. She said it's time for a gynae referral and as it happens the gynae was at the health centre yesterday and she saw me in the afternoon. She did a physical exam and said between that and the scans etc its not anything physical causing it, which is good. That means it's hormonal. Usual treatment would be pill which obviously is not appropriate. She said given that ttc is taking a while and (shudder) given my age she thinks it's time for a fertility clinic where the two issues (spotting and ttc) can be looked at together. She thinks it'll be progesterone proscription for the luteal phase but best to do it where they can monitor it much more. cd9 today - hope it works this cycle and we don't need the referral anyway!

Veecee - AF hasn't quite left the building yet! Usually today is the last day of spotting.
Wow, yesterday seems really good! Right place and right time :) Fingers crossed for this cycle, but it's good to know that you've got a referral lined up if not. Hopefully it'll invoke the law of sod! Are they actually processing the referral now?

Yes, she said she'd send it straight away. It's all a bit quick to be honest and I wasn't prepared for it. I know it's good to get in the system and I'm lucky not to have to wait for ages for it to happen but at the same time I still found it hard to be told I was at that stage. Dunno if I'm making any sense!
Horray for the end of AF - hope you don't see her again for about a year :)

I know what you mean, but it doesn't sound like she thinks anything is obviously wrong. I guess when you decide to go to the GPs to get referred, you sort of mentally prepare for that fact beforehand. Whereas it has taken you by surprise. I really hope you don't even need the appointment x

Cooper - sorry to hear that its next cycle for you
Tayto - don't work too hard on the wallpaper, get some rest too
Hazel - Hope you are enjoying the weather this weekend
Veecee - Sorry to be a bit dim but what is the luteal phase? Hope that you don't need the referral.
AFM - CD6. We went to London for the day yesterday, which was quite nerve wracking with a 6month old. But it all went well and we wished we had gone for the whole weekend. The weather was beautiful. Today we are letting PIL babysit for us so that we can go out for lunch.
