Oh, Dolly I'm so sorry. When are you due to come on? Please please PLEASE do not beat yourself up sweetie, this is NOT your fault and you are allowed to be upset. Perhaps you did test too early but it's not over until the red lady sings, right? Sending you so many many many hugs, I wish I could give them in person. Xxxxxxx
AFM my FF chart has decided that I ov'd on CD16. We didn't BD on CD16 but we did on CD15, 14 and 13. I have said to hubby that I don't think we've done it this month - although I know it only takes just the one little sperm - so I feel strangely ok and am looking to next month already. NYC is going to help distract any 2ww symptom spotting but I *think* I'll be ok with regards to that as I'm convinced we haven't done it. That said, the 2ww is a funny thing.
Hope you are all well - I will be back in a couple of weeks (although I might check in once in a while from NYC!).

Dolly - from what I understand ICs are that tiny little bit more sensitive than FR, which in these early stages could be too early for that. The hormone doubles every day now so hopefully it will pick anything up soon. Don't lose hope!
Enjayee - don't forget that sperm lives for 7 days! So it sounds like you're covered pretty well. Fingers crossed for you. Enjoy NYC!
AFM - I'm cd9 today. Off up north tomorrow so having a chilled out day today, while also sorting things out - this will include me trying to decide on a top to wear for in-laws 40th anniversary lunch that I'm happy with, which undoubtedly will take a while!
Hello to all who follow. Hope you have a good weekend.

DollyP - Oh I am so excited for you, I hope like Sapphire says its just too early for a FR to pick up! Test again in a few days :D!
Enjayee - Sound's like you have covered it well! Hope you enjoy your time away!
Sapphire - Hopefully wont be too stressful and you find a top easily, I hope you have a lovely time up north!.

***TMI post lol***
Afm - I am CD2 no mistaking this for spotting! It's my best AF since Jack so I am feeling really positive about it and that I feel my body is really back to normal and working as best as it could, Disappointed that it wasn't our month obviously but I feel like I am having a good clear out on the run to getting my BFP this cycle!!
I am strangely upbeat this time! lol!
Hubby made me laugh last night - I said that If I do get pregnant this cycle we might be pushing it a bit to attend his friends wedding in August - Because I will have a 12 week and a 16 week scan to check my cervix and if it's opening then if it is I will be taken down to surgery - and then bedrest for a few days- and he said screw the wedding and then he said maybe they can put it back a month lol! - Bless him!
Gosh sorry that was long winded haha!

Thanks everyone for your kind words, I'm not going to test again as my temp has dropped over the past day so I'll just wait for AF.
I've done some googling and found that some other people have had faint positives and then nothing. I've decided maybe something was trying to happen but just wasn't right, it makes me feel better to think that anyway!!
I hope everyone else is ok and having a good weekend xx
