I haven't got that much to lose but it's always the last bit that seems the hardest isn't it?! Target weight loss is 8 1/2 lbs, so far I've lost 2lbs.

Lulu - I always find that the hardest. I've only ever got to within 7lbs of my goal weight before it creeps back on! This time will be different......!

Eating healthy when AF is here sucks big time haha! I just wantto sit eating chocolate and cake luckily we have nothing in the house lol

Nope but I'll look them up. My problem with the WW or healthy/low fat foods is I can't stop at one!! I buy the WW cereal bars but often end up having two :-(

Ah I have that issue too! That's why I don't but the SW bars because I can't just stop at one! But these are lovely and just enough!

I'll join in please! Fresh start for 2015 and all that. Weight loss target initially, from 1st Jan, was 1st 2lbs. Weight lost to date is 4lbs, so 12lbs to go.
