In a bid to try to make ttc easier I am considering joint weight watchers to lose a bit of weight and have something to focus on.
is it considered a healthy weightloss method for ttc? I don't want to lose out on any specific nutrients my body will need?

Hi, have a look at slimming world too, its more focused on heathy eating and you don't count points !
It's really easy to follow and all foods are " allowed" and nothing is forbidden
I know a few ladies who have fallen pregnant on it - myself Inc! I'm now following their mum to be plan to monitor my weight gain thru pregnancy. (9 lbs gained at 25 weeks so much better than the weight gain with my you.best daughter lol)

Thank you I've not tried SW before is it east to follow? I was hoping to be able to do it myself and not join a group as I know weight watchers has the app I can doenload

Hi, yes its really easy to follow and the meetings are really friendly and tbh a bit of a giggle! But you can go online and do it there too but I like the boost the group gives you.
Check out the magazines stands too as I know there's some offers on soon to join and Iceland now does s/w frozen foods just to make busy nights that bit easier lol
Several of us did w/w plan and have had more sucsessful at maintained weight loss / management on the s/w plans.
Try it, it costs nothing to look online or even visit a group befor joining, ( once u join theres loads of online support too and tons of recipies/ meal plans) whatever you decide a healthier lifestyle can only help things ?!

Thank you I will definitely check it out! I'm currently in holiday and the witch showed up so I need to kick myself into gear when I get home and not only lose this holiday weight but get back to a healthier me all together!
