Just curious too see what everyone else does too aid TTC?
For me it's -
~ Inositol - which is a B6 Vitamin which is suppose to aid my PCOS
~ Folic acid & Vitamin D
~ I also Temp
What do you ladies do?

Nothing except folic acid in pregnancies 1 & 2, for pregnancy 3 just folic acid until 6 months in when tried CBFM, got pregnant that month!

Just folic acid and good ol' DTD here (though both times we've conceived the months we've only DTD once!)

I haven't heard that one about Brazil nuts.. be interesting if it works.
I don't really drink so that's not a problem for me :)!

Brazil nuts are supposedly good for the swimmers too so one for H too ;-)

Thanks Coco, I don't think H's swimmers are the problem, I actually believe it's me with the issue, When I conceived Jack it was because I started on the Inositol, previously had 3 years of unprotected sex and no pregnancy. took the Inositol beginning 1st july and I had my BFP on the 27th Aug.

Not TTC but did lots to try and help. Took folic acid and vit D, temping and monitoring cm etc. I don't drink caffeine anyway so drank lots of caffeine free green tea as its supposed to help cleanse your body of toxins etc. I also drank more water (I'm rubbish at staying hydrated) as I never had much cm and increasing water definitely helped this. I also ate a very TTC friendly diet, lots of good oils and fats, dark green veg etc. I also took krill oil capsules as they have a lot of the omega stuff! This was the website that I got my TTC friendly diet tips from!

Should say that I got pregnant 2nd cycle so not sure that it was the diet or just lucky but I worked from the theory that I was making healthy choices anyway so couldn't hurt!

Tbh popcorn I think most things are worth a try when TTC and I need to do it anyways so a good motivator to do it too! x

AJ - Inositol - works to induce ovulation/regular cycles/nicer quality eggs in women with PCOS.
and Vitamin D - vitamin D may help boost certain sex hormones in women, and meant better success getting pregnant for women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) or dealing with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

In the beginning just Folic acid and DTD lots. BFP after 3 cycles but sadly MC.
Then I started using OPK's after 6 months. BFP 2 months later. Also MC.
Now also taking boots conception vits - as is H (we did this the month we got the last BFP) and this month is first go of the SMEP.
Also got bloods this month to see if I need any other help.

I took high dose folic acid which the royal college of obstetricians and gynaecologists recommend if you have had multiple miscarriages, fetal abnormalities, you have a high bmi, or you have chronic absorption issues like crohns. O also if you have family history of spina bifida.
It's 5mg and prescribed by dr

I took folic acid (when I remembered!).
The month we conceived, I used OPKs. Whereas I thought I had a fairly regular cycle, turns out it wasn't quite and we'd been DTD at the wrong times.
We also used Conceive Plus lube.

Just folic acid and kept a vague eye on cycles at first. After 3 months started tracking ovulation etc but no luck and after 7 cycles got the CBFM which worked.

I took folic acid and Evening primrose oil up to OV (which i used OPKs to work out). i'd been taking evening primrose oil for a long time before TTC, but its supposed to help produce more EWCM to help the little swimmers on their way.
