    Hiya girls just wondering what everyone takes to help to conceive , i have have been taking folic acid although im not the best at remebering to take it!

    Yes folic acid too. Eventhough I have just started taking pregnacare which has the folic acid combined. x

    thats is exciting claire hope you get bfp soon.

    Can you only get clomid from docs if you have had trouble?

    Im on to month 4 ttc so i suppose still early days.

    Do you think pregnacare is the better than just taking folic acid.

    Will take anything that is goona help xx

    it's important to make sure your OH has the right vitamins etc as well. if not more so if you think about it, we've all had our eggs sitting there ready since the womb but the fellas have to produce new spermies all the time!
    I've got my hubby on Wellman and I have Sanatogen and also agnus castus to regulate my cycles (fingers crossed on that one!)

    i take folic acid and b vitamins during af. Hubby is on vitamin c and zinc pills

    I take pregnacare and my husband takes zinc and selenium.

    Erm basically everything except a mongolian fertility frog!!!

    1 x Folic Acid
    1 x Vit B6
    2 x EPO
    3 x Agnus Castus

    I take folic acid, magnesium, zinc, vitamin c and epo. Some of these are also meant to help my endometriosis because i think if i have endo under control, ttc will be easier. I have to take the higher prescribed dose of folic acid as i have an increased risk of having a baby with neural tube defects.
    Hubby takes zinc and vitamin c for his little swimmers!
