    Hi all,
I know I mentioned recently that I ov on CD14 this month instead of CD18 when I usually ov but I was wondering what you all thought.... Basically, AF was 4 days late last month therefore I ov on the same day that I should have, had my AF NOT been late. Does this mean that this cycle will only be 24 days as my luteal phase will stay roughly the same???? I think it was Mithical who suggested that it probably would be 24 days??

Does anybody else have any insight into this?

    Thanks ;\)

The thing is though, it may lull me into a false sense of security if I pinpoint it as being a 24 day cycle.... hmmmmm, I do think my LP is a bit on the shortside though. Think I will go to the Dr next month to see about that - I have just started temping so will see how it goes.

How are you getting on anyway Mithical?

    Hey MrsR,
How are you? Have you managed to sell your CBFM?

My LP is about 10 or 11 days I think, a little on the short side?!

    Hey MrsR,

Its a shame about your CBFM, have you tried to sell it on ebay?

Im ok, did a twilight shift yesterday at work which started at 9.30am and finished at 10pm - it was a bloody long day, really busy and I barely got to drink anything, and really only ate fruit all day long. Had really painful back yesterday too and needless to say, by the time 7pm came around, I felt like s**t!! Had headache, nausea and I was thoroughly exhausted - even assisting with a lumbar puncture made me feel queasy, which never normally bothers me. I think it was a form of detox to be honest which is why I felt so crap!!! Had a terrible week for sleeping though, really restless, waking up at various points through the night which is causing OH to wake too - poor him, he has to get up for work too!!

With regards to my ov, Im 99.9% sure that I ov last Saturday, but still not entirely sure where that puts me for expecting AF. I have been charting my temp, but only started a couple of days prior to ov, but had quite a significant dip yesterday, lower than those that I did take pre-ov. Todays temp I took twice, once at 5am which was also very low, and another when I work up at 9am which was the highest I have had, so a bit confused but Im pretty convinced I have a progesterone deficiency. My mum had probs with her hormone balance and I have always been convinced that I have, particularly with my short LP. Im definately going to go and see the GP after this cycle when I have a few more temps to show her.

Phew, sorry to rant there Nat, havent had anyone to talk to and dont like to bore people to much with my situation!!!

How are you this week anyway? How far into your cycle are you now? Are you still off work?

Oh you...rant away if you like....I don't mind Re the monitor, I haven't thought about putting it on ebay....might do on the weekend. I don't envy you at all havig to have worked such long hours yesterday....today was the last day of the hols am back at work on Monday, but fortunately no kids on Monday...hubby has the day off so I'm a bit jealous, even though I've been home for two weeks and he had to work...hehe...as far as my cycle goes....i'm ovulating today so will get some bding in when we go to bed and then the 2ww starts again...I so hope and pray that we do it this month as I will be due on my bday ( 2 weeks today) so hoping it's gonna be a very happy bday and the best pressie ever...hubby asked what I wanted for my bday and I told him a + pg test

Whats you plan for the weekend? What time do you normally take your temp?

Oh wow, I truly hope you get the best bday pressie ever!!!! Wouldnt that be amazing?!?

Re plans for the weekend, Im working a night shift tomorrow night, but Im going out with some girlies tonight, we are going to see Mamma Mia at the cinema and going for a meal, so should be nice!! Hubby is working long day today, so I wont see him until he's in bed but he's working another long day tomoz so cant disturb him, but I wont see him tomoz either as I will already have left for work when he gets home!! Good thing I have already ovulated! Otherwise, I have a hen weekend next week so that will be a good knees up with all my old uni mates.

You should be able to get a good price on for the CBFM on ebay, just copy the item description from clear blues website - easy!!

Have you got any plans for the weekend (other than the obvious babydance  )

sounds like a really nice night out....I don't have many plans at all...i'm supposed to meet up with a friend tomorrow afternoon and then we're having dinner at some friends of ours..sunday hubby is going fishing and one of my friends is hosting some party which I'm going to...other than that nothing much really..

Am glad that you've ovulated already, as you and your hubby would be missing each other quite a bit this weekend...

Well, i'm off to spend some time with hubby and then get down to business lol...:lol: he's just gone to bed...

Will catch up with you some time on the weekend hopefully

    Ciao 4 now
